Will I be able to figure it out?
Yes. OwnersLog starts with three short setup screens. The controls are large, the language is plain and there is no complicated account dashboard to learn.
Do I need to download anything?
No. OwnersLog runs in your browser. Sign in on the web and the full workspace opens on a laptop, tablet or phone — nothing to install and nothing to update.
Where is my property information stored?
The property record and photos stay in browser storage on your device. OwnersLog does not upload them. Make regular backups, especially before changing computers or browsers.
What if I forget my passphrase?
Because the passphrase is never sent to us, we cannot reset it for you. That is what keeps the record private. Restore your most recent record backup on a device where you know the passphrase, or start a new record.
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid updates, support and membership features end after the paid period. The property information already stored on your device is not deleted.
Is OwnersLog professional property advice?
No. OwnersLog is an informational, organizational and planning tool. It is not an inspection, emergency monitor, property manager or substitute for qualified legal, tax, insurance, financial, engineering or trade advice.
